About Rump-Roast
In 2001, Danielle Moir and Rick Kaplan joined forces to start Sherpa Productions, a film and photographic production company. Over the years Sherpa has had the honor of servicing some of the most important names in the creative industry.
But, in 2006, after successfully producing their most important project to date, their son Bruno, Danielle was faced with a challenge familiar to all working mothers today: how to find the balance.
For Danielle, leaving the world of production was difficult, but freeing. And out of that freedom...an idea was born.

We are proud to share with you an idea, inspired by the birth of a child and fueled by the wave of love that follows that child through life.
Rump-Roast is personalized, wearable photo-art as a celebration of the love a child creates in the world. From Great-Grandparents on down there is something for everyone at Rump-Roast...something to help celebrate the miracle of life.
Wanting to create an original and customizable product for the T-Shirt industry, Danielle worked with independent designers to fashion unique templates with a family feel and a good-natured sense of humor. The company name reflects that spirit.
